Payment Terms
Products and services are sold and delivered by ANKKURIT / Tmi Péter Fehértóy, business ID 3112945-6, via its online store at www.en.ankkurit.com.
The prices in the online store are in euros and include a VAT of 25.5%.
The buyer and the customer must be at least 18 years old and legally competent.
Making a purchase on www.en.ankkurit.com requires acceptance of ANKKURIT’s terms and conditions. A purchase cannot be made unless the buyer and customer accept these terms.
Payment Service Provider
Return Policy
The right of cancellation and return is based on the Consumer Protection Act and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Adherence to the care and usage instructions for the jewelry is a condition of the warranty.
Customers have a 14-day exchange and return right according to Finnish consumer protection law. ANKKURIT does not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. Custom-engraved jewelry cannot be returned. ANKKURIT does not offer exchange rights for products.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, always contact our customer service at info@ankkurit.com.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment and costs. ANKKURIT recommends keeping the receipt for the return shipment. The return shipment must be packaged in a way that ensures the product is well protected. ANKKURIT is not responsible for products damaged during shipping. Include the documents provided by customer service with the return shipment. Customer service can be reached via email at info@ankkurit.com.
You can return:
- Unused and resellable products in their original packaging (14 days)
- Faulty products (2 years)
You cannot return:
- Products made according to your specifications (e.g., engraved products)
Faulty Products
If the product you ordered is faulty, you must inform customer service promptly at info@ankkurit.com.
ANKKURIT’s liability for faulty products is 2 years. A faulty product will be repaired or, if not possible, replaced with a new one. You will also receive a partial refund. If repair or replacement is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
ANKKURIT is not responsible for defects caused by:
- Normal wear and tear of the item or its parts
- Incorrect handling of the item
- Failure to follow care or usage instructions
- Damage occurring after the item has been delivered
Returning a Product
To make a return, please contact customer service at info@ankkurit.com where you will receive instructions and the return address. Any refund will be made to the payment method used for the order, and it will take 1-4 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Jewelry Care and Usage Instructions
Jewelry made of stainless steel is durable and its color remains nearly unchanged over time. However, it may still become scratched on the surface, much like stainless steel cutlery. No jewelry is recommended to be worn continuously around the clock, as constant skin contact can cause the jewelry’s coating and laser engraving to wear off more quickly. These jewelry usage and care instructions have been created to help maintain your warranty and ensure that your jewelry stays beautiful for as long as possible. Following the jewelry usage and care instructions is a condition of the warranty.
Avoid exposing your jewelry to cosmetics, chemicals, saunas, excessive sweating, and constant skin contact.
- Remove your jewelry before showering, using the sauna, sunbathing, swimming, engaging in vigorous exercise, or doing heavy household or gardening work.
- Be aware that continuous skin contact may cause the jewelry’s coating and laser engraving to wear off more quickly.
- Put on your jewelry after applying makeup, hair spray, or perfume.
Store your jewelry in a dry place, either in its original box or a soft jewelry pouch.
- A separate box or pouch will protect the jewelry from scratches.
- Ensure that the jewelry does not get bent if stored in a jewelry pouch or packed in luggage.
- It is recommended to store all jewelry separately according to the material to prevent premature tarnishing.
Clean your jewelry regularly.
- Use a soft toothbrush and a mild solution of lukewarm dish soap and water to clean your jewelry.
- Rinse your jewelry thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Gently pat dry with a soft cloth to avoid any damage.
