Upon receiving your order, we begin crafting your personalized jewelry the following day. Since each piece is made to order and to ensure quality, we guarantee completion within a maximum of 3 business days (excluding orders with ASAP option, where we prioritize and complete them on the same day as the order is placed).
Depending on the jewelry type, we tailor it to your specifications, engrave it uniquely, then polish, clean, and package it in a decorative box before placing it in a postal box. Every order comes with a complimentary gift card where you can add a personal message by hand.
Afterward, we ship your package via the Finnish Post or GLS within Europe, providing you with a tracking code for peace of mind. If you encounter any issues with your package or product, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll work together to find the best solution.

All orders are shipped from our Posti at Finland. Custom products take 1-3 Days to ship out as they are made to order.
Failed Delivery:
If delivery fails due to reasons like an incorrect address or refusal to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. For custom products, no returns are accepted. Customers will be contacted to provide a correct address for reshipment, and additional shipping costs will be incurred.
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered:
We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered. We recommend getting items delivered to secure addresses. Please check your mailbox or contact your local post office if your order is marked as delivered but not received.
