We begin crafting your unique piece the next business day after your order. Each piece is handmade to order, so the production time is up to three business days. If you selected express processing, we will start working on it immediately on the order day to ensure it is handed over to the carrier the same day.

Depending on the type of jewelry, we customize it according to your desired specifications, carefully engrave it, clean and polish it to a sparkling finish, and then package it in a stylish black jewelry box. If you’re giving it as a gift, we’ll include a card for your message. Your order is then carefully packed for shipping and handed over to the carrier.

Your package will be delivered by Posti within Finland and by GLS within Europe. We’ll provide you with a tracking code so you can follow your package’s journey. The package should arrive within 1-3 business days as promised by the carriers. However, if you encounter any issues with the delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll assist you.

Failed Delivery:

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. We will contact you to get the correct address for reshipment. Reshipping will incur additional costs, so if you accidentally provided the wrong address with your order, please contact our customer service promptly. Please also note that custom-made items do not have a return right under consumer protection laws for distance selling.

Package Not Arrived Despite Tracking Showing It as Delivered:

We do not refund or replace lost items marked as delivered in the tracking system. We recommend placing orders only to secure addresses. If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, it’s best to contact your local post office for investigation.
